White families were nearly three times more likely to get this stability.
Instead, Black families show up in the County’s numbers mostly under emergency rent help and shelters. That’s survival — not stability.
That’s just 7% — even though Black households make up 21% of Wake County. White households were nearly three times more likely to receive stability through home repair.
